MQ-1 is a premium, refined vegetable oil-based Minimum Quantity Lubricant that is engineered for heavy-duty metalworking operations including, but not limited to, large-diameter tapping and sawing, as well as deep-hole drilling. It is formulated with chlorinated extreme pressure (EP) additives for improved performance. Pinpoint accuracy when applying MQ-1 will result in dramatically reduced consumption as compared to conventional water-soluble fluids.
