How to place an order:

  1. Obtain approval from your safety supervisor or purchasing manager.
  2. Submit an order request via our ORDERING page.
  3. After receiving a confirmation email, print out your order form and bring it to your nearest AUTHORIZED EYECARE PROFESSIONAL for frame selection and fitting. Please note: the fitting does not include an eye exam. If you need a new prescription then please discuss it with the eyecare professional. If you already have a prescription please bring it with you.
  4. Once the glasses have been made you may pick them up or they can be delivered to you.
