Drop-forged, precision ground and hardened alloy tool steel jaws with center cut blades cut soft, medium and hard materials (maximum Brinell 455/Rockwell C48). Toggle joints turn 50 lbs. of hand pressure into 4000 lbs. of cutting pressure. Steel handles with rubber grips for reduced fatigue.
